Media Voices are delighted to reveal the shortlist for the fourth year of the Publisher Podcast Awards. From hundreds of entries, this shortlist represents the very best in publisher podcasts and we are excited to be promoting and celebrating such fantastic shows.
New categories for this year include Best Video Podcast Strategy, recognising the increasing importance that video content is playing in promoting and driving podcast listening; and Best Partner Podcast for shows created in partnership with agencies, sponsors or other publications.
The winning podcasts will be decided by a line-up of more than 40 judges from around the world. The Chair of Judges this year is Sam Baker, writer, broadcaster and creator & host of the hit podcast The Shift with Sam Baker. She is the award-winning former Editor-in-chief of Just 17, Company, Cosmopolitan and Red and co-founded the women’s digital platform, The Pool, so is well-placed to understand the challenges and opportunities publishers face in the audio space.
The winners will be revealed in an in-person celebration at Proud Cabaret City in London. The Awards will be streamed live, so you can join us from wherever you are in the world.
For the first time, we will also be bringing together the expertise and experience of attendees in a Forum before the ceremony. This is where we will be coming together to discuss some of the biggest pain points publishers face with podcasting, and more importantly, how we can solve them. Tickets are now available for both the Awards and Forum, which are open to anyone regardless of whether they’re shortlisted or not.
